I've used 5-alarms for over 10 years. They installed systems at my former and current house. The equipment they use is good, no issues with that. Their service technicians are knowledge and do a good job. The people that handle the…
Pros: Equipment works, phone operators are courteous / try hard. Cons: Management / sales won't call you back, even to take your money!
